Customer Returns / Refund Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your cosmetics purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied, we will gladly provide a store credit of the original purchase price if returned within 30 days of your purchase date.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Please note that shipping, handling, customs, duties and sales tax charges are not refundable on returns. If the revised order total falls below the free shipping minimum, a shipping charge may be assessed.

International Returns

Dear International Customers – we are only able to provide refunds in US$. The credit card processors available to US businesses enable us to accept orders in certain local currencies but only refund up to the US$ value of the original order at the time the order was placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Proof of Purchase

We can only offer returns for items purchased from a True Nature Group website. A valid proof of purchase is required and will need to be submitted with your Return Request.

Misships, Missing Items, Damaged Items

Please inform us within 3 business days of delivery if there are any problems with your order. We reserve the right to refuse replacement of refund of these items if we are not notified within this time-frame.
